We are "100%" juice bottles or cartons of 1 liter that can be easily found in shops, . Use What brand? This is your choice. However, we must warn you: Even some famous brands to give really bad results. is the most occurring case when the juices not exactly "100%" are. NECESSARY

  • 3 bottles or cartons of 100% grape juice from per 1 liter
  • 4 -6 empty glass bottles
  • baker's yeast (dry)
  • granulated sugar
  • paper napkin (or odor-free cloth, paper towel, etc.)
  • rubber bands or tape
  • 2-3 cl water

Divide the first 3 bottles or cartons of grape juice into four parts. Consequently, you will need an empty bottle. You can clean wine or juice bottles from 1 liter use.

Now you have four bottles / cartons of grape juice 75 cl. Add 2.5 (half) tablespoon granulated sugar added to each bottle and shake until sugar is dissolved. (Granulated sugar is necessary to increase the ratio to about 10-11% alcohol.

Enter 2-3 centiliter clean water (room temperature), ½ teaspoon of baking yeast and 1 teaspoon granulated sugar in a glass. Mix it up sugar and yeast are dissolved. Cover the glass with you to anything (eg Mat) and place it in a dark place. Depending on air temperature, a relatively thick layer foam on the surface of the water within a few hours (faster at higher temperatures) form.


Add a quarter of the foam layer and 3 teaspoons of yeast, sugar and water to each of the four grape juice bottles / cartons added. You can shake the bottles / boxes to ensure complete mixing.

AGING
